Silence install_smartcd

When you are comfortable with smartcd you grow tired of it’s verbosity.

You can silence smartcd either by setting the environment variable:

export SMARTCD_QUIET=1

Or in: ~/.smartcd_config

SMARTCD_QUIET=1
